How To Reserve A Study Room

pex study

With final exams quickly approaching, everyone needs a study room with a great view in the new library. But how do you reserve a study room?

The fastest and best way to reserve a study room should be before you come to the library. That way, you are guaranteed a spot ahead of time. However, you can also ask at the Circulation Desk for help reserving a room.

How to reserve a study room:

1. Go to www.uu.edu/library.

2. Then, click on “Book A Study Room” underneath the bold title  “Room Reservations” (on the right side of the screen). A new window for the study rooms will open (shown below).

3. Click on the time block(s) for the room you want to reserve and scroll down to click “Reserve times.” Once you have done so and confirmed your choice, you will be prompted to enter in your group information and email.

4. Submit your booking request. You will then receive an email to confirm. You must confirm your booking in order for the room to be reserved.

*If you’re reserving the media room (room 324), or the Recording Studio, you will need to check out a key from the Circulation Desk. Remember to bring your Student I.D. to the Circulation Desk in order to check out these special rooms.

*Study rooms can be reserved only by UU students or UU faculty/staff.
